Originally a member of South Hills Ambulance, this community combined efforts with Mt. Lebanon on January 1, 1977. Baldwin has a population of 2,244 and covers 1.02 sq. miles.

Joined the authority in April of 1995. Green Tree has a population of 4,719 and covers 2.02 sq. miles.
EMS calls were first answered in this community on October 27, 1975. Mt. Lebanon was one of the pioneer communities in creating what is known today as MRTSA. Current population is 33,362 within 5.88 sq. miles.
Joined the authority in 1992. Whitehall has a population of 14,444 and covers 3.19 sq. miles.
