Staff

Currently MRTSA has a field staff, both full and part-time personnel consisting of 5 Shift Supervisors, 26 Paramedics, 23 Emergency Medical Technicians and 18 volunteers. In addition to the Operations Director there are 3 administrative support personnel and a full-time mechanic.

Chief

Todd R. Pritchard - Operations Director
Mr. Pritchard joined MRTSA as a volunteer EMT in 1985 and was named volunteer of the year in 1986. That same year he attended the Center for Emergency Medicine for paramedic training. He was hired as a full time paramedic in 1987 and became a shift supervisor in 1995. Mr. Pritchard was appointed Operations Manager in 2002. He graduated from Mt. Lebanon high school in 1981 and received his bachelors degree in Business Administration from Californina University of Pennsylvania in 1985. Mr. Pritchard is the Primary Instructor for the MRTSA & Mt. Lebanon Fire EMT class. Currently, Mr. Pritchard and his wife reside in Pleasant Hills with their two children where he is a member of the Pleasant Hills Fire Department.
