Q: What about the ambulance driver?

A: The role of ambulance drivers has been phased out in most of the United States for many years now. All our providers and almost all providers in the United States operate at or above the level of EMT. All our providers are certified in emergency vehicle operation. While we know the terminology of our roles and certification levels can be confusing, when in doubt you can call us “Medics”.
